RPA / Automation Developer

Hyperautomation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are currently growing technology trends. At HiQ, we have been providing solutions to our customers for years, where we automate various business processes. We are now strengthening the best practices and tools of Robotic Process Automation into our digital services.

We are now looking for an RPA/Automation Developer to join our growing team. If you have at least a few years of experience in planning and implementing automation solutions with Open Source tools, you might be the person we are looking for!

Are you the one?

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in process automation. You have been working with Open Source tools like Robot Framework and Python. In addition, experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and other automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) are considered an advantage. Do you also have experience with low-code development? Great!

You also know how to communicate with different stakeholders and explain even complex things in an understandable way, even to non-technical people. In addition, we value that you are not afraid of new challenges, you want to take responsibility for your own work, and you enjoy working together with your team and our customers.

  • You can currently work remotely (within Finland), but most of our projects require working in Helsinki metropolitan area at least once a week.
