We are looking for our Frends integration unit a Key Account Manager to strengthen our growth path. In this role you are responsible of designated customers and to grow and develop their solutions into the next level. You work closely with internal stakeholders, such as service and project managers, Frends delivery teams, sales and management, in order to discover and deliver the best solutions for our customers.

Frends eiPaaS is our own modern, low-code integration platform. Frends solves the digitalization challenges of both global and smaller customers and in both private and public sectors in various industries. As a brand Frends is over 30 years old but recent rise of iPaaS Frends has seen explosive growth in the Nordic market. Frends is also recognized by Gartner’s leading analysts. It has been and is constantly being developed by our own R&D team.

What we expect

  • +3-5 years relevant experience of account management role in IT sector

  • understanding of integration technology, familiar with SaaS or PaaS solutions

  • business & customer centric thinking

  • curiosity towards technical solutions

  • as a person: self-directed, committed and responsible, enjoying the low hierarchy culture and most importantly have an enthusiastic attitude which itself will rise our good team spirit

  • fluent Finnish and English

  • Interviews will be held in the end of January - February

  • Start would be in Spring 2022 and is negotiable according to your situation.

  • The salary will be fixed monthly salary plus a bonus model.
