Digital renewal of investment services begins – LocalTapiola and HiQ deepen their strategic partnership
LocalTapiola and technology consultancy company HiQ have signed a multi-year agreement to renew LocalTapiola’s online services for investment customers. The agreement covers not only the project delivery but also the maintenance of the renewed system.
The renewal of the investment customers’ online service involves consolidating several existing systems into a single solution. This significant system overhaul will improve the customer experience for wealth management clients and enable smooth and cost-effective use of services well into the future.
