Finance Solutions Consultant / Expert

We are looking for an experienced Finance Solutions Consultant / Expert to support our client in delivering financial solutions. The role sits between technical and business requirements and in the area of solution consulting, requiring strong expertise in financial systems and the ability to consult effectively in client-facing situations, including providing technical consultation when needed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to understand functional requirements for the Finance Module
  • Design and implement workflows and logic for financial processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
  • Develop and configure components within the Finance Module, integrating with existing systems where necessary
  • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project milestones
  • Provide consultative support in both technical and business aspects of solution design

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in business process development within financial systems or ERP environments
  • Proven track record in financial sector solutions; ability to take ownership in client interactions
  • Proficiency in relevant development frameworks and tools (e.g., Java)
  • Solid understanding of financial operations and accounting principles
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and strong communication skills in English

Beneficial:

  • Experience with solution architecture or technical pre-sales in finance-related projects

Assignment information:

  • Start: January or latest in February
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Allocation: 100 %
  • Location: Espoo, hybrid (Remote + possibility to work on-site in Espoo when needed. Please note! This role also includes travelling to UK/London).

Please note that the assignment requires a completed security clearance.
