Lead Developer

We are looking for a Lead Developer to join a project for an industrial sector client, building a brand-new customer portal on AWS that brings IoT and telematics data to life.

Requirements:

8+ years of software development experience
Previous experience in a Lead Developer role
Strong AWS cloud expertise
Solid skills in React and Node.js
Experience in architecture planning and ability to contribute to technical strategy
Visionary mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent communication skills in English

Beneficial:

Fluency in Finnish

Assignment information:

Start: 2.1.2026
Duration: long-term
Allocation: 100 %
Location: Hybrid, Helsinki/Tampere (on-site attendance approximately once per week, as needed)
