Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer for a finance sector customer project. Specifications below.

Expectation:

The expert level experience and insight to understand digital archive and signature business needs and translate them into technical enablers.
Expert level experiences and knowledge of building modern and forward-looking AI solution architecture to achieve significant improvement in efficiency and customer experience
You have several years of experience in at least senior architecture positions and comprehensive experience especially in MS and AI solutions incl. Azure, Power Platform as well as Databricks
The ability to sell and execute organizational and process changes on enterprise scale, including: Experience in change management as part of your daily toolkit.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English (working proficiency in Finnish is an advantage)
Deep technical expertise (+10 years front end software architecture and +5 years hands on web development with the latest technologies and API interfaces )
Thorough understanding of web standards and technologies, including but not limited to: Web service security, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance
Key words: Microsoft, Azure, AI, Python, Implementing custom DevOps tooling
