Change in HiQ’s Management Team – Jouko Pirinen takes over HiQ’s Service Deliveries

Jouko Pirinen has been appointed to oversee HiQ’s service deliveries starting January 1, 2025.

With a long and diverse career in the IT industry, Jouko Pirinen has transitioned into a new role as Vice President of HiQ’s Delivery Team. He is also a member of HiQ Finland’s management team. Pirinen’s most recent position was Senior Manager at HiQ.

As Vice President of the Delivery Team, his responsibilities include overseeing and managing the company’s operational activities, resource planning, guiding and refining team workflows, supporting project management, assisting sales, executive-level reporting, and strategic planning. In his new role, Pirinen is also responsible for leading the Delivery teams.

Pirinen has been working in the industry since 2001 and has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects. In addition to his expertise in project management, he possesses broad technical knowledge in application development, architectural design, and team leadership. In the spring of 2024, alongside his own duties, Pirinen was responsible for integrating Ambientia Oy into HiQ’s organization.
