DevOps Specialist

We are looking for a DevOps Specialist for a finance sector client project.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software delivery automation capabilities using GitHub and GitHub Actions
  • Create and manage reference GitHub Actions workflows and productized reusable workflows and actions
  • Collaborate with the developer community, providing excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Engage in highly collaborative work practices, including pair programming, mob programming, and joint planning sessions

Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Strong experience with Azure
  • Ability to work effectively with technologies and tools such as Terraform, CDK Terraform, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory & Xray, Git, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD (Experience with similar tools is also considered beneficial)
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in Finnish and English

Beneficial:

  • Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
  • Experience with pair/mob programming

Assignment information:

  • Start: May / June
  • Duration: until 31.12.2025
  • Allocation: 100 %
  • Location: Helsinki, hybrid (1-3 times per week in the office) + possibly occasional trips to Oulu (once per quarter)

Please note that the assignment requires a completed security clearance.
