We are looking for experienced software professionals interested in exciting projects as freelancers.

You may already be working as a freelancer or find entrepreneurship to be a preferred way of employing yourself.
At HiQ, we have welcomed software industry entrepreneurs into our community and offer them exciting assignments in our client projects. Over the years, we have supported numerous aspiring entrepreneurs in finding their first assignment, and these collaborations have often evolved into long-term partnerships lasting several years.
Whether you work as a developer, designer, project manager, quality assurance professional, or in another role within the software industry, we offer a wide variety of projects with different scopes and durations. We create socially significant applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.
We hope you bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm for learning new things, and a proactive approach to taking responsibility in projects. Many of our projects also require strong communication skills in Finnish and daily work on-site in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
