HiQ builds Finland’s highest-quality network of cybersecurity companies
HiQ continues to invest in developing the Finnish cybersecurity and defense sector by building a network that brings together the country’s most top-tier cybersecurity actors. The goal is to create a comprehensive network that serves society’s critical actors seamlessly and securely through a single point of contact.
“We broadly serve companies and authorities that provide critical infrastructure for Finnish society. Especially at times like these, our investment in the stability of the entire society is particularly important,” says Henri Burtsov, HiQ’s Cyber Lead.
The first partner to join the network in May 2025 was NGIT Oy, which offers specialized cybersecurity services as well as modern network and technology solutions.
“Collaboration with HiQ allows us to focus on our core expertise in cybersecurity. At the same time, we gain access to the extensive resources and support of an international operator, strengthening our mission to secure the continuity of our customers’ business in an evolving cyber threat environment,” says Joni Korhonen, founder and CEO of NGIT Oy.
The network provides HiQ’s customers with broader and higher-quality service without a complicated supply chain. Through the partnership model, HiQ provides customers with access to the best expertise and technology solutions, all delivered through clear service management and integrated functionality.
The strength of the network is based on quality. Only those actors whose services, security practices, and operating models meet HiQ’s standards are invited to join. The network serves as a platform for sharing knowledge and insights, thereby strengthening the ability to respond to the rapidly evolving cyber environment’s demands.
“Security-related challenges do not recognize sector boundaries. That is why we want to join forces with companies who share common values and ambitions to develop solutions that make a real impact,” Burtsov continues.
The cybersecurity companies’ network is a natural continuation of HiQ’s recent investments in defense and cybersecurity. This year, the company has joined the Digital Defence Ecosystem network and been approved as an official NATO technology supplier.
