Backend Developer
We are looking for a Backend Developer for a finance sector client project.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Python language
- Experience in developing and designing APIs (preferably with FastAPI but other frameworks and languages can be considered too)
- Familiarity with cloud services, especially AWS (Fargate, RDS)
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills, team player mentality
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
Beneficial:
- Advanced experience of CI/CD pipelines: packaging, deployment and moving solution to production (Azure, AWS CDK, TypeScript)
- Machine learning or data analysis experience
- Basic knowledge of MLFlow
- Advanced knowledge of Postgres
- DevOps experience, developing logging and monitoring solutions for APIs
- Experience in the financial sector
Assignment information:
- Start: June / August
- Duration: until 31.12.2025
- Allocation: 100 %
- Location: Helsinki, hybrid (onsite work 1-3 times per week)
