Lead Developer
We are looking for a Lead Developer for a finance sector client project.
Requirements:
- Solid work experience in a similar role
- Architectural Insight, experience with legacy software
- Experience with guiding team developers: directing developer work, improving workflows, and emphasizing quality perspectives (including code reviews and root cause analysis)
- Technology skills: SQL, .NET, REST-api, AngularJS, ReactJS, IBM ITX, IBM MQ, AppConnect, Bitbucket, Control-M, FTP
- Experience in working with offshore teams
- Ability to identify dependencies, problems, and risks, and to act on these in a solution-oriented manner
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in Finnish and English

Assignment information:
- Start: May
- Duration: until 31.12.2025
- Allocation: 100 %
- Location: Helsinki, hybrid (onsite work 1-3 times per week)
