Lead Developer

We are looking for a Lead Developer for a finance sector client project.

Requirements:

• Cloud Platforms
  • Experience with major cloud providers: Proficiency in using platforms like Azure and AWS.
  • Knowledge of cloud storage solutions: Understanding various cloud storage options and their use cases.
  • Network configuration and security protocols: Familiarity with setting up and securing networks in cloud environments.
• Containerization and Orchestration
  • Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes: Skilled in using Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration, specifically with Azure CASSA.
  • Managing and deploying containerized applications: Ability to handle the lifecycle of containerized applications from development to deployment.
• CI/CD Tools
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines: Practical knowledge of setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, such as those using Github Actions.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Proficiency in using tools like Terraform to manage infrastructure through code.
• Databases
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases: Skilled in working with various types of databases.
  • Database management and optimization: Ability to manage and optimize database performance.
• Required application skills
  • Databricks: Experience with Databricks for data engineering and analytics, including knowledge of Spark and Delta Lake.
  • Snowflake: Proficiency in using Snowflake for data warehousing, with an understanding of its architecture and SQL.
• Other good to have skills
  • Proficiency in Python programming for various applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Allocation: 100 %
• Location: Helsinki, hybrid (onsite work 1-3 times per week)
