We strive to offer our employees interesting and versatile tasks to work on. We have implemented many significant projects for the wide range of industries. HiQ´ers have the opportunity to influence what kind of projects and technologies they will tackle next.

HiQ offers its employees comprehensive study and training opportunities to encourage continuous professional growth and to deepen knowledge and skills in the newest technologies and trends. Our palette includes, e.g. self-development days, e-learning platforms, certifications, and more traditional courses through internal and external resources.

Workplace and Leisure Well-being

Meaningful work tasks and friendly and supportive environment motivate our employees. We do our best to provide top-notch working conditions and tool sets for each and every of our employees, as well as a comfortable environment to work in. We believe that an open and relaxed work culture and positive and supportive team dynamic make everyday life meaningful.

Our leisure package includes gym, active sports, culture club Hikuli, a massage service at the office and comprehensive occupational health coverage, as well as extended health insurance. We strive to make everyday life easier for our employees with families by providing a sick child care service, and children’s camps when schools and kindergartens are closed.

Community is important to us. We spend time together, for example, in various culture and sports activities, after-parties, team evenings, company-wide events, family events, and sometimes we also meet all HiQ´ers from different countries for a weekend. In the spring, we invite all HiQ employees and their families to a traditional lunch which is held after the financial statements is complete.
