Change negotiations in HiQ Finland Oy and Lamia Oy ended
The change negotiations aimed at the personnel of HiQ Finland Oy and Lamia Oy have been completed today, September 4th 2023.
As a result of the change negotiations, HiQ Finland's number of personnel will decrease by nine people on financial and productional grounds, and Lamia's personnel by eight people. The companies are providing support to those affected by the results of the negotiations. The companies employed a total of 226 people before the negotiations.
At the start of the negotiations, it was estimated that the measures would lead to the termination of a maximum of 18 person's employment or other possible employment changes in total.
The goal of the change negotiations was to ensure the companies' competitiveness in a challenging market situation and enable long-term growth.
