ISS introduced a new Frends integration environment as part of the ERP system upgrade project

ISS Palvelut is one of the largest private employers in Finland and the leading facility services company. ISS produces cleaning, property, security and catering services for companies and the public sector. Therefore, it is crucial that information moves reliably and efficiently between systems inside the organization and towards partners. HiQ and ISS have partnered since 2013, and the confidence in HiQ's quality of work and Frends 'ability to streamline business processes have strengthened during that time. With the ERP system upgrade project, ISS is also upgrading its Frends integration environment. The new version features a more streamlined digitalization of business processes. HiQ experts do integration development work under ISS guidance as part of the overall project.
