HiQ’s and Eltel’s partnership expands. Eltel has now chosen HiQ as their Office 365 support partner.

Eltel has invested significantly in developing and taking advantage of modern digital solutions in order to make daily work easier for its personnel. Eltel’s almost 7000 employees work in different kinds of tasks making sure that electricity and telecommunications networks that are critical to society are in up and running. Eltel utilizes Microsoft’s Office 365 services widely, for instance Microsoft Teams as a collaboration platform and a SharePoint-based intranet as the personnel’s primary communication channel.
HiQ has been Eltel’s strategic partner for years in integrations and process automation development and support. Eltel has now chosen HiQ as their Office 365 support partner. HiQ’s Office 365 continuous service complements Eltel IT’s strong knowledge and introduces a structure way to manage the Office 365 environment. HiQ’s support guarantees fast reaction time in case of possible incidents and makes small development in Office 365’s different parts easier. HiQ helps Eltel in adopting new ways of working and training the personnel.
